OAC was super fun omg definitely much much better than what i thought it would be!!!! :D
ahaha okay so first day when we first arrived there,
weather super hot, sweating like crazy, and couldn't hear what leaders/instructors were saying so i was super grumpy ahhaha.
then when to unpack at dorm, have lunch then my class split in 3 groups, my group started with bouldering wall.
saw the people doing zipline WAH FUN TTMMMMMM.
but the grass was super muddy actually it wasn't mud IT WAS RAINWATER ON MUD ahahha super wet.
but we just walked on the grass anyway so our shoes were kinda gross ahahah.
mr chue climbed on the railings to avoid the mud ahaha mrs jai was super amused.
so we started rock climbing but it's climb to the side one.
WALAO MR CHUE WASN'T ROCK CLIMBING HAHA HE WAS LIKE WALKING ON THE WALL.
ok then i went off for all-star bball selection.
haha that one was worse than last thursday's one b/c i was super blur.
like my team on one side of the court and i'm at the other half omg blur ttm.
but i got in, i also dk how.
i think cos there were vvvvv few centers so no choice had to put me in ahahaa.
bat got in too :)
then i was damn honest okay i didn't buy drinks or whatever lor hahaa me and my mum faster cabbed back to campsite, lucky made it in time to have dinner!
they only had rice and chicken but i don't like chicken drumstick so i just had rice and gravy ahaha.
whatever lah got food can already.
then i went to shower with netballers OMG 8 MINUTES MAN HAHA SOME MORE THE 2ND FLOOR TOILET DONT HAVE HOOKS SO I JUST PUT MY CLOTHES ON THE FLOOR AND THEY DROPPED OUT AND WHEN I WAS WEARING MY CLOTHES I HAD TO SQUEEZE SOAP WATER OUT OF MY BRA AND I WIPED MYSELF WITH TOWEL SOAKED WITH SOAP WATER AHAHAHHAHA.
okay then went back dorm to prepare for campfire item the next day.
and on 1st night, i could not sleep. like AT ALL. because it was hot ttm.
i slept like cedar shorts, track pants, socks, shoes, and INSIDE the sleeping bag.
i swear i wanted to die alr.
i waited. and waited. and waited some more.
when i thought "okay, maybe going to be time to wake up already",
i checked diva's watch : 12.45AM OMG I WANTED TO DIE AHHAA.

wah sian okay then after a while i think i slept a little.
then i woke up again.

nikki woke me up WOOHOO!
then 3M had outdoor cooking for breakfast.
cooked eggs, potatoes and pancakes.
eggs were the best hahaha easiest to cook!
i swear the potatoes took damn long to cook omg.
didn't even finish cooking potatoes i think we threw the uncooked ones away.
but the cooked potatoes quite nice anyway.
pancakes omg damn funny haahha only used half the packet of flour or something! :P
but anyway i think out of the whole OAC, outdoor cooking was most fun :)
cos it really includes the whole class effort and YAY 3M WAS SO AWESOME!
then we went to do some games then after that, wilderness.
ON THE WAY TO LABRADOR PARK WE WALK THEN JOG THEN WALK THEN JOG OMG I RATHER JOG ALL THE WAY CAN AHAHAHA.
then reach already, we had a few stations to go to.

then it was 3 hours i think okay then we went back campsite for lunch.

then we went to the high elements there.

then after my group did cross over OMG IT WAS THE HIGHEST ONE.
then i was damn scared because a few minutes ago ah meng tried that out and she froze there for around 20 minutes and was also screaming for 20 minutes AHAAHA DAMN FUNNY.
then anyway i was supposed to go first then i damn scared so i asked huishi to go before me SHE SUPER NICE SHE REALLY DID (:
she was damn scared but she managed to complete the whole thing WOOHOOOOOO.

this time i was a bit smarter.

and i slept super well i swear i fell asleep quite quickly and i didn't wake up at all!!!!!

then this morning we had bread for breakfast.

okay kidding but wei ern really so awesome ahahahaha.
then after a long while we were finally on the bus to school hahaa we sang cheer for wei ern!
on the way valerie yujun and i were like naming food names and somehow the bus just had to drive past some HUGE macs advertisement with the pictures of the burgers enlarged...
ahaha okay so we were the 4th class to leave BUT WE REACHED THE LATEST OMG.
FAIL TTM.
AND WE STILL THOUGHT WE REACHED THE FIRST.

then we went to canteen and the campfire dept announced the winners for most enthu class, best campfire item, best teamwork and best cheer.

hi, i died during bball training today.
throws before basketball is indeed not a good idea because i kept shooting airballs before training.
and esther said i looked redder than usual and i just realised it because i just looked into the mirror. haha.

i was dying during bball warmup where we ran around the arena sports hall.
chelsea and i were dying at the back of the group and we were counting, like omg.
when we completed half a round, i thought we completed 1 round.

and i went to amk with all the sec 2s who came to training today, except nurul.
i wasted a lot of money, now i owe people a total of $15.50, i'm so damn broke seriously.

we've done mr aiman proud, and we were all so happy today.
cheering and clapping for everything and everybody, even when ms chua gave out report books.
how most of us failed the maths mock exam, got criticised and put down by mr aiman, but yes we wanted to prove him wrong and we worked really hard and our MSG was the only one to be lower than 2.00! so we got the top class for maths, i was so proud of 2h at that moment, every single person in 2h.

i'm back.
haha it's kinda funny yet ironic how i blog more during exam periods.
last year, i started my twitter account during last year's EYE.
haha awesome much.
oh speaking of ironic,
i haven't started on lit haha oh no.
it's gonna be more difficult to memorise than geog and history with all the quotes in shakespearean language haha one can just die reading a shakespeare book.
well for me, anyway.
haven't memorised certain science stuff too.
haha frankly i'm really scared for science because, yeah, well you know how teachers like to twist questions until they're just practically impossible to solve and the questions are staring you right into your face sneering at you until you can faint during the science exam.
okay well, it doesn't go exactly like that but yeah you get the idea.
haha i bet i'm the only one blogging while everybody is ~~literally banging their heads on walls memorising history~~ studying history and here i am sitting down with a glass of soya milk in front of me and crossing my legs, enjoying life, after watching High School Musical 2 about an hour ago and living life as if examinations are over.
haha hell no exams have just started.
and i haven't finished studying history but i'm gonna leave it at that because if i started cramming more things into my head i may forget the others HAHA.
that's how little things my head can hold.
anyway my mum's blasting korean drama OSTs from the radio now so there's no way i can study either so if i fail, i'll just point fingers at my mum hahaha just kidding.
btw just now during the geography exam mr aiman came in too halfway and i stopped writing because the information i painfully stuffed into my head yesterday suddenly dissipated into the air or something after seeing the smile on his face hahaha he was smiling to ms chua.
oh btw he talks reaaally softly (no kidding)
as in, he was just outside and if people talk, you usually can hear it right? considering from my seat which is just beside the ~~attractive~~ dustbin.

this year passed really fast.
it seems as if it was just yesterday when i was so excited for sec 2, when we just started learning about ionic and covalent bondings for science, when we started the stupid films thing for lit, the population thing for geog, when i was so excited for first day of school cos of the boring holidays. now the cycle's gonna repeat again.
geog exam tomorrow, history's on tuesday, lit & science on wednesday, and maths on thursday. and then we're back to the year end holidays.
i'm really excited for sec 3. being senior and stuff, new teachers, new subjects, NO MORE HISTORY (no matter what i'm not gonna take pure/elective history), a whole new experience.
new jogging days, new pe days, new recess timings, and we're gonna climb to the 3rd level of the classroom block instead of the 2nd level. and i swear i'm gonna die for that, well, since i'm already dying when climbing 2 flight of stairs. that's what exam period and no ccas can do to you.
haha to be honest i really miss basketball. jiao lian, figure 8, formation. well it's gonna be intensive training once exams end.
think about it - it's just 4 more days and we're free. time goes so fast - yet i feel that i haven't done anything exactly productive this whole year. come to think of it, i haven't read an entire book this year! well, except for twelfth night, of course. but i don't understand shakespearean language anyway so i think it doesn't count.
this year sure had lots of obstacles and challenges for me. yes i know i've complained A LOT this year. i remembered saying how much i hated this year, how much i won't miss being a sec 2 but i guess i'll be wrong. i sure will miss my classmates - how we walk as a class during jogging periods, walked as a class during cross-country. seriously, check the cross-country timings. 2H's all together, no other people in between, and it's also sports rep in front and monitress at the back. seriously, how cool is that? i bet no class has ever done that before.
i guess it's too early to be saying these kind of stuff but i'm already feeling nostalgic now. and exams haven't even officially started yet. yeah it's weird, right. the day before exams and here i am blogging the longest post ever in months.
i haven't even had the time to appreciate some people and they're gonna be gone soon. like the sec 4s, haven't really talked to them and they've already graduated yesterday :( it's just so fast. i won't experience lower sec teachers anymore. i sure will miss laughing at some teachers with 2H haha. i remember on thursday, mr aiman gave us raisins and the first thing i saw people doing after he stepped out of class was nadiah and esther they all throwing raisins into the air and trying to catch it with their mouth. haha these things make me love 2H.
blah it's just going too fast. i hope i'll appreciate my sec 3 class before i regret again.

YESTERDAY'S THROWERS' BBQ WAS AWESOME!!!

I am a young girl filled with much hatred.
Today was the most hateful day ever.
Almost every single thing made me angry and irritated.

Today marked the end of the journey for C Div `10.
We ended it happily, not sadly :)
Today's match was the best we've ever played.
Every one of us played our best, i believe.
Though we did make a few mistakes (everybody does),
I'm still very proud of our team.
Though 16 people (including zoe),
we're one of the most bonded teams anyone could ever have.
today's match,
we never stopped running for the ball, for the opponent,
never stopped jumping for rebounds or passes,
and never stopped believing in ourselves.
even though we didn't manage to beat RGS,
but they had a hard time in the last two quarters,
that's something we should be proud of :)

it IS really something to be proud of.

mr ng announced who will be in the team yesterday, after training.
the atmosphere was totally solemn.
nobody laughed out loud or cried out loud even if they were happy/sad.
but i think most of us were sad because some people were sad.
i got into shot put C div' team, which means i've gotta work harder.
for myself, for throws and for Cedar.
natalie was really upset so i tried to cheer her up, and i did make her smile :)
lee was also kinda upset, and i really wanted to hug her like a big big teddy bear filled with warmth and joy and happiness but i didn't :(
because i couldn't find her after that.
i saw chloe wiping her tears but when i went to find her afterwards, she gave me a huge huge smile, i know she was trying to make herself cheer up but aww.. :)
after that rushed for basketball training and yes i totally died from muscle aches from throws.
that's what you get, when you don't do gym for 1 and a half months.
i can totally form an equation, with an example.
kinda like PEEL.

NO GYM FOR 1-AND-A-HALF MONTHS = DYING FROM JUST 5 SETS OF STEP UP.
NO GYM FOR 1-AND-A-HALF MONTHS = STRUGGLING WITH JUST BENCHING 2.5KG WEIGHTS ON THE 20KG BAR.

omggggg.
i've a lot to catch up on due to basketball training ahhhhh.
tomorrow's full gym, omg, also have basketball training after that.
i was totally sweating like a mad cow during bball training in the beginning alr.

i love cedar throwers.
i take back all my complaints about being in throws and whatever shit, i was so stupid before.
i realised i'm veh veh lucky and fortunate to be in throws because throwers are nice people and it's a very united team where we all support and motivate one another and encourage each other to perservere and jiayou :)
and even though throws is kinda an individual sport,
we all help one another to improve because we all have one main goal - to bring glory for the entire throws team and for Cedar too.
I LOVE THROWS.

i hate those people who keep complaining.
one very good example,
i have a friend who complains how busy she is.
please lah, you don't stay back everyday and go to school almost everyday even on holidays okay.
and you don't have competitions on weekends.
so shut up.

i also hate people who act, especially in front of other people/friends/teachers/seniors/juniors.
like wtf.
yeah i know you wanna suck up okay.
but let me tell you, it's not gonna work.
if you want other people to like and respect you,
do it the proper way ok.

and also,
i hate people who do nothing and still get credit for it.
they totally prove that the phrase, 'No Pain No Gain', is such a big big lie.
i always thought that, 'nevermind they'll get retribution next time'.
but, no.
they don't.
so in the end, those who actually DO WORK, but get LESS/NO CREDIT,
they are the ones losing out.
moral of the story?
one, either be like others and be a freeloader,
or two, confront the person.
if that doesn't work,
then freaking do everything yourself (as usual), then tell the teacher about it.
if everything doesn't work.
then bear with it.
like what i'm doing now.

i also hate people who are double-faced.
like for example,
one moment they're happy and high and joking and they're talking to you non-stop,
and the next moment,
they either ignore you, or when you talk to them, they give one-word replies.
what's worse, is when they themselves say they hate one-word replies when they're the ones doing it.
these little things mean a lot to others okay.
yeah i know, you may think that,
when you ignore my smses,
you'll think that i don't mind.
the thing is,
i mind a lot.
these trivial things can add up to people disliking you,
and no, this isn't called being petty.

i'm not aiming these at certain people.
i just wanna make it clear.
no, i don't expect people to stop doing this.
i just wanna tell y'all that i actually mind,
and if you actually care about my feelings and whatever,
you'll know what to do.
so yeah.

LAST DAY OF SCHOOL IN TERM 1!

but term 1 results sucked terribly.
oh guess what, i'm 30/36 in class for maths, how awesome.
i got C5, baby.

but CCAs today were cool :D
basketball ended at 4.30pm, woah.
all we did was warm-up run, footwork, stretching, formation, and shooting.
some more shooting haven't finish yet.
and we didn't do the figure-8 things etc.
haha so awesome.
so since early, i went for throws.
throw a bit of shot put then done.
ohoh, also got sprint 10m ONLY SO AWESOME LAH!

i'm in for discus and shot put.
but i dont like discus so i'm opting out (:
because i dont find the point of throwing discus when i don't like it.
tmrw is javelin events, sunday is for discus and shot put.

i think i trained my reaction time in malaysia,
by turning my head as fast as i could once i see a fly/mosquito.

today CNY celebration was awesome.
esp. the last part, where the teachers performed.
